1. General Policy
All merchandise purchased through our store is final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, accessories, and other products.
This policy is due to the nature of our fulfillment process. All merchandise is shipped directly from a third-party supplier, and we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
2. Exceptions Under EU Consumer Law
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel certain types of purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, also known as the “cooling-off period.” However, exceptions apply to this right. The following items are exempt from cancellation and refund:
- Customized or personalized goods: Any items that have been made to order, customized, or personalized for you.
- Hygienic or health-related items: Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as certain types of clothing.
- Perishable goods: Items with a limited shelf life or that deteriorate quickly.
Given these exceptions, most of our products fall outside the scope of refundable items under EU law.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. To assist with your claim, we may request photographs of the damage or defect. After reviewing your claim, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
- A replacement item (if available)
- Store credit
