Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified via email of any extended delays.

International Shipping: Delivery times may vary but generally take between 10–30 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Customs and Import Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply to their order.
- Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- For assistance with lost shipments, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
